Elvira Devinamira Wirayanti  is an Indonesian actress, Model and  Beauty Pageant titleholder from Subrabaya , East Java, Indonesia. She is the winner of Puteri Indonesia in 2014. She also won the “Best National Costume” in Miss Universe, 2014.

Elvira Devinamira is an Indonesian Actress and beaity Model. She is the first Javanese and the third Indonesian to be called as Miss Universe Finalists. Currently, she is 29 years old. She is the oldest of two siblings in family. She started her model career from 16yrs.

She graduated from Airlangga University, Surabaya- East java in Law degree with Cum Laude honors.

Elvira was the 1st runnner-up at Cak Ning Surabaya in Local Tourism Beauty Pegeant. She was the winner of Puteri Indonesia East Java and following that she got to the Miss Universe, 2014 where she was the semifinalist and won the ‘Best National Costume’. Elvira did her first film in 2015 Indonesian film called ‘Single’ directed by Ram Soraya. She also acted in Dilarang menyanyi di Kamar Mandi directed by John de Rantau in 2019. From then , she did a number of films.
