Initially, Parmar started working in the Delhi-based company ‘Elite Model Management India Pvt. Ltd. and organised auditions for Rajshri Productions. She has also appeared in several commercial ads in Delhi.

Disha Parmar started her career in the television industry at 17. She debuted in the serial ‘Pyaar Ka Dard Hai‘ as Pankhuri. She became famous and received the love of people. Nakul Mehta was working as a co-star with her.

Later Disha played roles in serials such as ‘Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, ‘Ek Doosre Se Karte Hain Pyaar Hum, ‘Mann Kee Awaaz, ‘Pratigya Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’.
