In 2001, she made her acting debut in the Doordarshan television serial Aane Wala Pal. She starred in the TV serial “Kesar” as “Binita” in 2002.

Nisha Rawal is most known for her part in Life OK’s serial Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki as Soumya Diwan. She and her husband Karan Mehra competed in season 5 of Nach Baliye in 2012.
