Rajat Tokas is a very talented Indian television actor famous for his role of “Akbar”. He impressed the audience with his good looks and remarkable onscreen performance.

Early Life and Career

Rajat Tokas was bprn on 19 July 1991 in Munirika, Delhi. He did his primary schooling at Hope Hall Foundation School, Delhi. Then after that, he did his graduation in distance mode.

Rajat started his acting career at a very young age. In a Doordarshan serial named “Bongo”, he played the role of “Aashu”.He did many shows after that. Shows like “Jadui Chirag”, “Lighthouse”, “Ek Nazar ki Tamanna”, “Khoj Khajane Ki”, and “Mere Dost” featured him. In 2005, he played the role of Sai Baba’s brother in a TV serial.

After these, he was offered the role of “Prithviraj Chauhan”. He couldn’t deny it. He accepted the offer and was featured in the serial “Dharti ka veer yodha Prithviraj Chauhan”. This serial was a breakthrough for him. He gained massive popularity with this serial.

After these, he appeared in many TV serials like “Dharam Veer”, “Keshav Pandit”, “Tere Liye”, and “Bandini”. In 2013 he played the role of “Akbar” in the serial of Jodha Akbar. This serial also became a superhit. People always loved to watch Rajat onscreen.

Due to the lavish love and support of the audience, he then bagged the role of “Chandragupt Maurya” in a Star Plus TV serial. He also did the role of mongoose in Ekta Kapoor’s serial “Naagin”.

Rajat belongs to a Hindu Family. He is the son of Ramvir Tokas. His mother’s name is Pramila Tokas.

If we talk about his love life, he is a fortunate man. Rajat got married to his long-time girlfriend. He tied the knot with Shrishti Nayyar, a theatre artist, on 30 January 2015. They only invited their close friends and family to Udaipur Palace.
