Shubhangi Atre was born on April 11, 1981. Her birthplace is also Indore, India. She also belongs to a traditional Hindu family. Shubhangi also has a lovable sister named Poorva Pare. Afterward, she completed an MBA in Marketing from Devi Ahilya University, Indore.

At first, she began appearing in advertisements and later got a role for Ekta Kapoor’s serial Kasauti Zindagi Kay in 2006. This serial was also her television debut.


Soon Shubhangi was seen in the serial Kasturi as the lead role of Kasturi opposite Karan Patel.


Shubhangi also got recognition from this serial. Afterward, She also worked in the movie 2 Little Indians in 2012. Also, her acting journey consists of many different roles in Television serials. Shubhangi also replaced actress Shilpa Shinde for the popular character of “Angoori Bhabhi” in the television serial “Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai!‘.
