Tejashree Pradhan is an Indian television and film actress. She has been seen in multiple Marathi films and television serials. She is better known as Shubhra and Janhvi from the Zee Marathi television serials Aggabai Sasubai (2019) and Honar Sun Mi Hya Gharchi (2013).

Personal Life

Tejashree was born on 2 June 1988. She is 34 years old (as of 2022). Her zodiac sign is Gemini. Her hometown is Maharashtra, India. She completed her primary education from Chandrakant Patil Vidyalaya, Dombivli. Later she pursued graduation from V. G. Vaze College Of Arts, Science and Commerce. She started receiving offer for films in her second year at college.

Tejshree married her co-star Shashank Ketkar in 2014. The on-screen chemistry as Janhavi and Shree were loved by the audience in Zee Marathi’s show “Honar Sunn Mi Hya Gharchi”. Though the marriage did not last for long time and the couple got divorced within a year in 2015.

Career

Tejashree made her debut on Marathi Television with the show Hya Gojirvanya Gharat. In this serial, she played a small role.

Subsequently, she played cameo roles in many Marathi shows which include, “Tujha Ni Majha Ghar Shrimantach” & Lek Ladki Hya Gharchi.

Tejashree got her biggest break of her career, when she got the offer of the Zee Marathi’s show Honar Sunn Mi Hya Gharchi. She played the lead role in the serial. Tejashree played Janhavi’s role in the show. This show made her a household name.Tejashree’s latest TV appearance was “Aggabai Sasubai” where she played Shubra.

Tejashree has worked in many movies which include, Sharyat, Lagna Pahave Karun, “Asehi Ekda Vhave” and many more. In the year 2017, she was seen in a Marathi movie named “Ti Sadhya Kay Karte”. This movie was a huge success. Before lockdown in March 2020, her debut Bollywood movie “Babloo Bachelor” was announced to be released, but postponed due to covid.
