Aditya Seal is a famous Indian film actor known for his portrayal as a male lead actor in the film Tum Bin II. His film debut is with Ek Chhotisi Love Story, where he is seen playing a teenager opposite Manisha Koirala. He got roles such as Shekhar Malhotra in Tum Bin II, Sam in Namaste England, and begged the role of Samuel in Purani Jeans, and Veer Shergill in Fittrat. Currently, Seal is 34 years old (as of 2022), and his date of birth is 22 March 1988.

Family

His father’s name is Ravi Seal, who was from the entertainment industry only, and his mother’s name is Manju Seal. His father comes from a Bengali family, whereas his mother is a Marathi.

Early life

Aditya’s father produced and acted in a Gharwali film; however, Aditya wanted to be a professional cricketer, but an injury aborted the option; hence he followed his father’s footsteps in the entertainment field. Aditya Seal went to Chatrabhuj Narsee Memorial School.

Aditya Seal’s film debut  Ek Chhotisi Love Story was interesting, where he played a teenager opposite actress Manisha Koirala. The story’s plotline was around a teenager who becomes secretly obsessed with his neighbor. He was there in the movie We R Friends in 2006. Seal was seen in Anubhav Sinha‘s Tum Bin II as Shekhar opposite Neha Sharma.

Aditya Seal played Manav Randhawa in Student of the Year 2. He was also seen as Veer Shergill in Alt Balaji‘s web series Fitratt opposite Krystle D’Souza, for which he received many accolades. In Purani Jeans, he was seen playing the role of Samuel Lawrence.

In 2020, he co-starred with Kiara Advani in Indoor Ki Jawani, a drama-comedy film revolving around a girl’s adventures with a dating app. The movie got on cinema halls on 11 December 2020 amid the 50% occupancy theatrical guideline owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Relationship

On 21 November 2021, Seal tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend actress Anushka Ranjan in Mumbai.
