Apoorva set her entry on the Kannada films. Her entry was through her movie Siddhartha. As a lead role, Vinay Rajkumar appeared in the film.  Furthermore, many mistook her for being the daughter of the famous Amala Akkineni.

Apoorva started her career at a very young age. She was only 12 when she appeared for a role in the film. Apoorva also appeared in multiple ad campaigns. Soon she became a familiar face for the nation. Remarkably, after Cadbury, perk and glam up ads, her fame mounted. Also, Apoorva is now regarded as the most sought-after face.

In 2012, mystery hunters India brought her on the screen. Moreover, Mystery Hunters India stands as a documentary. Also it appeared as television series. Here, Apoorva also appeared for the role of explorer. It was, however, aired in Discovery kids. 

Recently, Apoorva is also associated with filter copy. It is also a famous Youtube channel. Moreover, ‘Every school romance’ video stood very famous. This video starred Apoorva and Rohan Shah.
