Biography Of Alina Monosova: Childhood, Studentship, And Maturity

Alina Monosova was born in Moscow and grew up in Sokolniki. Initially, the girl went to the public school No. 315, where her father and her older brother once studied. But in the second grade, Alina Monosova went to a private school called “Premier,” which could provide a better formal education. However, the parents didn’t take into account the fact that it’s quite difficult for a child to commute for two hours. As a result, from the fourth to the eleventh grade, the girl studied at MES, the Moscow Economic School, from which she successfully graduated.
Alina Monosova studied well. She didn’t have favorite subjects: she perfectly coped with either humanity or technical ones. Alina’s plans for the future also often changed, but year by year she was ore and more inclined to work in television. Alina had made the dream come true but was later disappointed in television as it was boring to work on Channel One Russia (1TV).
Education and career
After school, Alina went to study at MGIMO (Moscow State Institute of International Relations). The studentship was fun and interesting, and Alina is pleased to recall those times. All the while, she did not want to apply for a Master’s degree program; she dreamed of getting an education in London, so she only finished a Bachelor’s degree program at MGIMO. However, due to life circumstances, Alina couldn’t immediately go to England. Thus, she entered the part-time department at MGIMO, Public Governance.
The first job experience Alina gained was while she was studying at MGIMO. The girl decided to fulfill her childhood dream and went to work on television. However, Channel One Russia greatly disappointed Alina Monosova. Intrigue, gossip, and a lack of prospects forced the girl to quickly quit her job.
Later, Alina fulfilled her dream of getting an education in England. She went to London to study as an exchange student at Regents University. This is another stage of life, which Monosova Alina Leonidovna recalls with pride and great pleasure. Alina’s group included students from different countries, thanks to which she gained a tremendous experience of interaction with people of different cultures and mentalities. As Alina says, she is still in touch with many of her classmates.
When she came back to Moscow, the question of a further job arose again. Alina was a little confused. Her father suggested considering the construction industry, hoping that her daughter would follow in his footsteps, while her mother thought that Alina should try herself in different directions and choose what was closer to her. The girl knew for sure that no matter what choice she made, her parents would support and help her. As a result, Alina decided to work at Moskapstroi-TN in the Marketing Department.
Despite the fact that many people consider the construction industry boring, it was here that Alina Monosova found herself: she worked in the company for almost ten years, making a good career and taking the position of vice president. But one day she realized that there was no further career growth and decided to leave Moskapstroi-TN. Moreover, Alina didn’t just leave the company but completely change her activity to investments: after Moskapstroi-TN Monosova Alina Leonidovna got a job in the construction and management corporation “Skama-Group”, becoming Director of Investments.
About hobbies
Along with her work in the construction industry, Alina Monosova decided to master another direction: psychology, reasoning that even if she does not become a psychologist in the future, the knowledge gained will still help her actively advance in her career and life. As a result, Alina retrained in the MSU program, getting a degree in Personality and Business Psychology. Together with a friend, Alina also created the project “One Wave”, designed to help people find a good coach or doctor. Unfortunately, they couldn’t develop the project because Alina had to choose between the project and her career. She chose the second option. However, Alina didn’t give up psychology and got a diploma in coaching and mastered the basics of Gestalt therapy.
Currently, Monosova Alina Leonidovna co-authors a Telegram channel and talks about how to stay fashionable in modern realities.
