Darlings is an upcoming Indian Hindi black comedy drama film. It is co-written and directed by Jasmeet K Reen. Jasmeet is making her directorial debut with this film. The film is produced by Gauri Khan, Alia Bhatt and Gaurav Verma under the banners Red Chillies Entertainment and Eternal Sunshine Productions. Alia Bhatt, Shefali Shah, Vijay Varma and Roshan Mathew will be seen in the lead roles. Darlings will release on Netflix on 5 August 2022.

Storyline

The story is about the lives of a mother-daughter duo, who while navigating through exceptional circumstances, finds courage and love as they try to find their place in the world. It is about conservative lower middle-class neighbourhood living in Mumbai.
