Do Gubbare is an upcoming and highly anticipated thriller series. The project was introduced on Wednesday as a component of Jio Studios’ production schedule. Do Gubbare is a warmhearted Hindi web series that Varun Narvekar directed and co-wrote with Kalyani Pandit. It is a beautiful voyage of friendship, love, and humour. The programme, which is Varun Narvekar’s directorial debut in the Hindi websphere, tells a lighthearted and heartwarming story that will put a smile on your face.

Do Gubbare Release Date

JioCinema took to its Instagram handle and revealed the digital streaming of Do Gubbare. But, they have not shared any particular date for the series. The production company withheld the series’ premiere date. The television show is being produced in Hindi and will thereafter be dubbed into other Indian languages.

Storyline

The series is focused on Rohit, a young guy who relocates from Indore to Pune to start a new chapter in his life. The home of Ajoba, a wise and grandfatherly figure who has travelled a similar path in life, accepts him as a paying guest. As the plot develops, Mohan Agashe’s masterful portrayal of Mojoba’s character makes him the show’s heart and soul. It is both heartbreaking and endearing how he portrays a lonely guy dealing with the death of his wife and finding comfort and meaning in Rohit’s companionship.

The complete cast of the web series Do Gubbare is not yet announced. The makers have kept their lips tied and not said anything about the casting. Though it is clear that Mohan Agashe and Siddharth Shaw will be seen in the web series. Lets take a deep dive into their lives:

Mohan Agashe

• Indian actor and doctor Mohan Agashe.
• In the theatre, he received the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award in 1996.
• Agashe chose to begin his early career by working in a public hospital in Pune.
• Additionally, he presided over the sessions of the organising committee for the Indian Psychiatric Society’s Annual National Conference, which was held in Pune at the Armed Forces Medical College.
• He began his acting career by performing in plays.
• He served as the Pune location’s director general of the Film and Television Institute of India from April 1997 until April 2002.

Siddharth Shaw

• Siddharth Shaw is a well-known actor and model.
• He has made his appearance in the Bollywood movie Love Aaj Kal 2 and in the web series Do Gubbare.
• He started his acting career as a theatre artist.
• In 2018, he performed his first gig for WTF station.
• In 2020, he made his digital debut with the web series Patal Lok which released on Amazon Prime video platform.
