A lot of the audience became her daily viewers resulting in her followers expanding from 1.5 million to 4 million in just two months.

Drew mostly points out all those people who are homophobic, fatphobic, racist and misogynist through her videos. She said in one of her interviews that as long as we have terrible men online, she will have endless work for a lifetime. She has around 8 Million followers on TikTok.

She later started her podcast The Comment Section with Drew Afualo where she expresses her thoughts on different topics and talks about her life. Drew along with her sister, started a podcast named, ‘Two Idiot Girls’ where they talk about racism, minority, misogyny and many more topics.

Afaulo made her first VidCon appearance in June 2022. She also appeared in Meghan Trainor’s “Made you Look” music video alongside Scott Hoying, Chris Olsen, and Jojo Siwa. In March 2023, Afualo and fellow TikTokers Reece Feldman and Khaby were invited to cover the 95th Academy Awards pre-show red carpet alongside YouTuber Lilly Singh.
