She also has a sister named Divya Chopra, a psychologist by profession. Her family is now well settled in New Delhi, India. The Chopra sisters are very close with each other. She has completed her schooling at Modern School, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. Then, Eisha went to Parsons School of Design, New York City, New York, for her bachelor’s. Eisha is also graduated in communication design. At the age of 6, she started performing arts and theatre.

In 2014, before making her Bollywood debut, she acted in the short film “Popcorn” as ‘Charulata’. Afterwards, in 2015, Eisha was also seen in the short film “Parchchai”. Then, she made her Bollywood debut in the movie titled “Neerja” as ‘Debina’ (air hostess). Here, she worked with Sonam Kapoor in the year 2016.

Again, in 2016, she also played a role in the TV Series- named “P.O.W. Bande Yuddh Ke.”

Chopra also co-wrote a short film called ‘Clean Shaven’ (2016). The film received positive reviews and was screened at the “Tribeca Film Festival 2016” in New York. In 2017, she played roles in some famous web series such as “Bewafaa” as ‘Jyotsna’and “What The Folks” as ‘Anita Sharma’.
