Early Life

Gaurav was born on 11 December 1980 in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. As of 2022, he is 42 years old. He did his primary schooling in his hometown. Gaurav’s father’s name is Vinod Khanna. His father works as an exporter. His mother’s name is Sakshi Khanna. She is a housewife. Gaurav has one elder sister.

Khanna is currently living in Mumbai. After schooling, he did his further studies in business management. He also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration. He was more inclined towards acting. So he moved to Mumbai to pursue his dreams.

Career

Although, Gaurav has a long-acting career in the entertainment industry. So, he started his career with television advertisements. He has also started his acting career in 2004. At first, he appeared in supporting roles in television serials like Kusum and Siddhant. Eventually, he became famous. He also got a role in the television serial Bhabhi.

He also played the character Bhuvan Sareen. Gaurav then acted in “Kumkum – Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan”. He also played the part of Sharman Wadhwa. Then, from 2007 to 2010 he was featured as a lead actor in the serial “Meri Doli Tere Angana”. He has also acted in many TV serials like Ardhangini – Jeevan Saathi, Love Ne Mila Di Jodi and Ye Pyar Na Hoga Kam.

Again in 2012, he also played a lead role in the television drama Byaah Hamari Bahoo Ka. Currently, he is playing the role of Anuj Kapadia opposite Rupali Ganguly in the Star Plus television serial Anupamaa. “Anupamaa” has become a superhit because of their amazing acting.
