Lockwood & Co Season 2 is an upcoming supernatural detective thriller television series. Based on the same-titled book series by Jonathan Stroud and created by Joe Cornish for Netflix. It has eight episodes and debuted on January 27, 2023. It follows the stories from The Screaming Staircase and The Whispering Skull, the first two volumes in the series. Between January 22 and February 12, Lockwood & Co. was in the global top 10s of Netflix for 3 weeks, accumulating 79.91 million hours.

The show originally premiered on January 27, 2023. The shooting began on July 5, 2021 in London. It is too soon to speculate on the release of season 2 because the show has not yet premiered.

For the past 50 years, ghosts that are lethal to touch have been emerging from the dead in an alternate history of modern-day Britain. Teenagers have been structured into authorised ghost-hunting agencies because minors can smell ghosts while adults cannot, allowing them to identify and neutralise potential dangers. Teenage psychic Lucy Carlyle has fled her home and arrived in London in the hopes of finding work at an agency. Out of choices, she submits an application for a position at Lockwood & Co., a small business managed by two lads out of an old townhouse.
