He also runs an NGO in New Delhi. Monica’s mother’s name is Sheela Sharma. The names of her siblings are still unknown.

She did her schooling in New Delhi. After that, she went to pursue a career in modeling. As a child, she aspired to become an actress.

In 2014, she competed in the Indian Princess beauty contest, winning Miss Grand India 2014 and being selected to represent India at the Miss Grand International pageant in Bangkok, Thailand, where she placed in the Top 20 in the Best National Costume competition. 

Sharma debuted on television in 2015 with &TV’s Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls. Her next program was Naagin 2 on Colors TV, in which she had a supporting part. She had an episodic cameo in Colors TV’s horror supernatural thriller Kaun Hai? in 2018 and appeared in Sasural Simar Ka.
