Neetha Shetty began her career with television shows. First, she made her television debut in 2004 as Khushi Mehra in the television show ‘Tum Bin Jaaoon Kahaan.’ She appeared in many famous television shows such as Banoo Main Teri Dulhann in 2007.

Afterward, Neetha appeared in the television show named Bairi Piya in 2009. Then, in 2010, she appeared in Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani. This Tv show was also very popular during that time. Then, she made her appearance on the popular TV show C.I.D. in 2011. Neetha has contributed her acting skills to many popular Tv shows, among which she appeared in Sasural Simar Ka in 2014.
