Paper Rocket is an Indian Tamil Drama web series of 2022. The series is directed by Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi and also he wrote the script of the series. Paper Rocket is produced under the banner of Rise East Production company. Kalidas Jayaram, Tanya Ravichandran, Nirmal Palazhi, Gouri G Kishan, Kaali Venkat and Poornima Bhagyaraj are casted in the lead role in this series. The series is released on ZEE5 on 29 July 2022.

Storyline of Paper Rocket

The story of the series is about five people coming from totally different walks of life set out for a trip with the help of a youngster who regrets not being reliable to his father. The six of them with different traits learn, unlearn and discover themselves during the trip. The series shows that how during the trip they change their perception towards life forever. 

Six strangers – Jeeva (Kalidas Jayaram) , Ilakya (Tanya Ravichandran), Valliamma (K Renuka), Tiger (Karunakaran), Charu (Gouri Kishan) and Unni (Nirmal Palani) come together for a therapy session under a psychiatrist Dr Sheila (Poornima Bhagyaraj) to recover from their past incidents. As the treatment was not useful, so one of them (Jeeva) takes everyone on a trip to unwind their hidden miseries. The trip helps them to see a new aspect of life and also help them creating a better version of themselves.

Kalidas Jayaram

• Kalidas is an Indian actor and model.

Paper Rocket is a light-hearted, feel-good web series with a mixture of philosophy, hope, quirk, adventure, and peace. All these emotions are presented so well by each character that the series looks very engaging. All the 7 episodes of this series is very engaging and have a beautiful ending. Overall, Paper Rocket is a beautiful portrayal of human emotions.
