Prasad Jawade was born on 30 November 1988 (age 34 years; as in 2022) in Pune, Maharashtra. His zodiac sign is Sagittarius. He did his primary schooling at Mount Saint Ann Convent High School in Talegaon, Pune. Later, he attended Ness Wadia College of Commerce, Pune, Maharashtra, to seek his graduation. He did a diploma in Information Technology from D.Y. Patil College Of Engineering, Akurdi Pune, Maharashtra. After he completed his high school, he joined a theatre group near Pune. He has performed in many Marathi theatre plays. He was inclined towards acting since childhood.

Prasad was born in a Maharashtrian family. His father, Pramod Jawade, works at BSNL, Mumbai. His mother’s name is Pradnya Jawade. He has one sister. Her name is Priti Goje. She is married and blessed with one son.

Reportedly, he is in a relationship with the theatre artist Raksha Shetty.

Career

After completing high school, he joined a theatre group near Pune. He has performed in many Marathi theatre plays. Prasad started his career by acting in TV serials. He debuted as an actor in the Marathi TV serial ‘Mazhiya Priyala Preet Kalena’ in 2010. After this there was no looking back for him. He was recognized by many directors and started getting roles for other serials. In 2015, he played the role of “Kartik” in the Zee Marathi’s TV serial, “Ase He Kanyadaan”.

In 2016, he did roles in the Marathi films, like “Mr. & Mrs Sadachari” and ‘”Guru”. He has acted in the Colors Marathi TV show, “Awaaz– Punyashlok Ahilyabai Holkar” (2016). He has worked in many other Marathi TV serials, like ‘Kulaswamini’ (2016) and ‘Vinuya Atut Nati’ (2019). Prasad acted in the Marathi theatre play ‘Agnipankh.’ He debuted in the Hindi TV serial ‘Ek Mahanayak Dr B. R. Ambedkar’ (2019), in which he played the lead role of Dr B. R Ambedkar. He auditioned for this role and got it. Prasad said that he enrolled himself in a Law College to prepare for this role. He read his autobiography and all book of B.R. Ambedkar which were amazing and eye opening for him.
