Pulkit Samrat was born on 29 December 1983 in Delhi India. His zodiac sign is Capricorn. He is 39 years old (as of 2022). He completed his primary schooling from Manav Sthali School and Montfort Senior Secondary School in Delhi. After that he took admission in the Apeejay Institute of Design in Delhi. He has completed a course in advertising. Later, he joined the acting school to sharpen his skills.

Career

He began his acting career in 2006. Samrat made his debut in a TV show produced by Balaji Telefilms. He played the part of Lakshya Virani in the popular show ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’. After four years, Pulkit got to play the lead role in Taj Express.

He debuted in the Bollywood industry in 2012 with the movie “Bitto Boss”. In this movie, he played the role of a wedding photographer. In 2013, he got his first breakthrough in the industry. He got featured in the film named “Fukrey”. This movie brought him attention and fame, and he started getting many movie offers. He also played a cameo role in the film “Jai Ho”. He played the role of a police inspector and gave a brief appearance.

After that, he appeared in Dolly ki Dolli, alongside Rajkumar Rao and Sonam Kapoor. Later, he was cast opposite Yami Gautam in Divya Khosla Kumar’s movie “Sanam Re”. A year later, he appeared in the film “Fukrey Returns”. It was the sequel of his movie titled. “Fukrey”. Samrat played the role of Veer in the film “Veerey Ki Wedding”.

After that, he got featured in many movies and web series. Some of his popular works are Taish, Pagalpanti, 3 Storey, O Teri, etc. Currently, Pulkit is doing the shooting of Fukrey 3.
