Raj Kaushal was an Indian stunt director, stunt producer, and writer. He was the spouse of Mandira Bedi, a well-known Indian actress and TV anchor.
Raj Kaushal was born on 24 July 1971 at Mumbai, Maharashtra. He went to St. Anne’s High School in Mumbai for his education and afterwards graduated from the University of Mumbai. His father was died, and Kanta Chatterji was his mother’s name. Raj only had one sibling.

In 1996, he met Indian actress Mandira Bedi while working as a chief assistant and auditioning for a show called “Philips 10.” Mandira had earned enormous popularity by that time thanks to her TV show ‘Shanti’ (1994) and the Hindi blockbuster ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ (1995). Raj first met her when she walked in for an audition, and he liked her right away. They began meeting more frequently later on, and they soon fell in love.
The pair married on the eve of Valentine’s Day, 14 February 1999, using two marriage rituals: first, they tied the knot according to Arya Samaj, and then they followed Anand Karaj.

Vir Kaushal, the couple’s first child, was born after over 12 years of marriage. Raj and Mandira adopted a female kid named Tara Bedi Kaushal in July 2020.

Career of Raj Kaushal

He started his career with the film Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi as Director and Producer in 1999. After that, in 2004, he directed and produced the film Shadi Ka Ladoo. In 2005, he appeared as the producer of the film My Brother…. Nikhil. In 2006, he directed the fil Anthony Kon Hai. Recently, in 2021, he directed and produced the TV series Akkad Bakkad Rafu Chakkar.

In 1992, Raj directed the stunts in the Hindi film “Bekhudi.” He was working on the Hindi online series ‘Akkad Bakkad’ in 2021.

He died of heart arrest around 4.30 a.m. on June 30, 2021.
