Rasika Agashe is an actor, writer, and director from India. She is a co-founder of the “Being Association” theatre company. Rasika is well known for her part in the Bollywood film “Mere Pyare Prime Minister,” in which she played Rabia.

Rasika Agashe is a Pune native. She received her education at Pune’s S.N.D.T. Kanyashala and then moved on to Fergusson College to complete her education. She began acting in plays when she was in elementary school. Rasika was accepted into the National School of Drama (NSD) in Delhi even before she finished her graduation. She studied theatre at NSD and performed in plays in Hindi, Marathi, Sanskrit, and English. Rasika stayed in Delhi after graduating from NSD and worked in the theatre for a few years. She moved to Mumbai after that.
