Introduction to Sachet Tandon

Sachet Tandon is a well-known Indian vocalist, lyricist, and music director. He is known for his song ’Bekhayali’ from Kabir Singh. Sachet is one half of the duo Sachet-Parampara consisting of Sachet Tandon and Parampara Tandon. He is well-known in Bollywood for his contributions to music videos. Sachet married Paramapara Thakur on the 1st of December, 2020. Their wedding took place in the Maharashtra city of Mumbai. They now collaborate to write songs for Bollywood films. Tandon is also well-known for being one of the final candidates on “Voice India’s Season 1,” a television singing reality competition.

Biography

Sachet Tandon was born on 17 August 1989 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He started his career as a music teacher at Shri Ram Swaroop Memorial Public School, Lucknow. He participated in The Voice India in 2015 with Parampara. From then on, they became a duo performer and are known by the duo name Sachet-Parampara. They made their first duo in 2017, ‘Subha Ki Train’ for Toilet: Ek Prem Katha.

Career journey

From a young age, he was very fond of singing after completing his study he went to Mumbai for pursuing his career as a music artist and singer. He completed his tutoring at St. Fidelis College. Besides this, Sachet was also a music teacher at Shri Ram Swaroop Memorial Public.

He competed in Season 1 of The Voice India, a television singing reality competition, and made it to the final round. He and his duet, Parampara, made their Bollywood debut in the year 2017 with the song “Subha Ki Train” from the film “Toilet: Ek Prem Katha.”
