Saiyami Kher was born on June 29, 1992, to former Miss India Uttara Kher and Adwait Kher. She made her Hindi cinema debut in Rakesh Omprakash Mehra’s Mirzya. It was based on the Punjabi folklore Mirza Sahiban, and she was opposite of Harshvardhan Kapoor. She also appeared in Rey, a Telugu film (2015). She is the niece of Tanvi Azmi and Shabana Azmi, two well-known Bollywood actresses.
