Career

Sayani Gupta started working in Indian Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd in marketing and the sales department, just after completing her graduation. Then, she left her job in mid of September 2011 as she wanted to pursue acting as her career, and thus, she moved to Mumbai. After coming to Mumbai, she joined theatre and did many theatre plays such as ‘Trivial Disasters’, ‘Noises Off’ and ‘Cock’.

In 2012, she got an opportunity to debut as an actor in the film named ‘Second Marriage Dot Com’. However, she didn’t get much fame from her first film, but from her 2nd film, she has gained much fame. Her 2nd film name was ‘Margarita with a straw’ in 2014 with Kalki Koechlin.
