Shantanu started his journey as a Software Engineer. After achieving life goals, he finally decided to pursue his dream of acting. Initially, he worked with a few theatre groups and he attended dance classes at Shiamak Davar Dance Academy in Pune. He practiced theatre for a couple of years. That helped him in his debut Hindi Feature Film RED with Shakti Kapoor, Krushna Abhishek, and Payal Ghosh.

Shantanu entered the Bollywood Film Industry in the year 2021. He is a rising star in Bollywood who is both a Producer and an Actor and he is among discussions in the film industry. Many top production companies are inviting him and welcoming him as a Producer or Co-Producer in their Upcoming Hindi Films.
