Intro to Suraj Nambiar

Suraj Nambiar is a famous as well as a talented entrepreneur from India. Although, he is best known for his marriage to Bollywood actress Mouni Roy. Suraj Nambiar was born in Bangalore, India, on August 9th. Raja Nambiar, his father, is a businessman, whereas Renuka Nambiar, his mother, is a professional singer. His brother, Neeraj Nambiar, is also a co-founder of Voorpret, a Pune-based event management firm. Although, he belongs to a business family.

Educational Details

Although, Suraj received his education at Bangalore’s Jain International Residential School. In 2008, Nambiar also received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from R.V. College of Engineering. Although, in 2013, he moved to London to study at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He also has a financial and managerial accounting diploma. Suraj also went to Stanford University in California to study international management.

Also, he belongs to a Hindu Family in Bangalore, India. His father runs a construction business in India while his mother is a singer by Profession. Whereas, his younger brother is the Co-Founder of Voorpret, which is an event planning agency.

If we talk about his married life, then on 27th January 2022, he tied the knot with Mouni Roy, who is a talented Indian Actress. Although, this couple married at Hilton Goa Resort in Goa in a South Indian Weeding Ceremony. Before, marrying each other they had both been dating for so long.

Career of Suraj Nambiar

When he completed his formal education, he moved to Dubai to set up his business. Although, Suraj Nambiar began his career as an intern with Ashoka India in Bengaluru, India, in 2012. From 2012 to 2015, he also worked at Invictus in Bangalore, India as Lead Engineering & Business Development. Suraj Nambiar also worked as a Country Representative for the Sherwood Institute in the San Francisco Bay Area from 2013 to 2015.
Suraj Nambiar has also worked for JLL in the UAE for six years, most recently as an Assistant Analyst – Projects & Development Services in 2015. From 2016 to 2017, he has also worked as a Financial Analyst. From 2017 to 2019, he also worked as Chief Financial Analyst.

In 2019, he was promoted to Manager, after which he worked as an Associate from 2019 to 2020, and then as Director, Head of Financial Markets in the UAE from 2020 to 2021. He also became the CEO and Founder of Ultimate Gurus in 2021.
He is also a member of CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association). Suraj enjoys investing in companies that have the potential to grow quickly and benefit from science, technology, and education in general.
