Tanya first started dancing at the age of three. At the age of eight, she started performing in stage productions. Tanya gained attention when she performed with the rest of the Boogie Woogie cast at Talkatora Stadium in Delhi.

In 2013, she made her Television debut as one of the contestants of the dance reality show, “Boogie Woogie Championships (Season 7).” She was popular for her hip-hop dance style. Furthermore, she participated in various other TV shows such as “Dance Plus 5,” Star Plus. Tanya has earned various awards for her dance performances.
