In the 2014 Readers’ Choice Awards, which were hosted by the beauty site Temptalia, the brand received a nomination for Best Makeup Brushes. Since its release, ‘Wayne Goss’ brushes have grown in popularity; according to Beautylish’s CEO, they are among the site’s top sellers.

In 2009, Goss started uploading videos on YouTube under the handle “Gossmakeupartist.” In contrast to the typical cosmetics lessons on YouTube, Goss’ videos include additional aspects including teaching audience members how to apply makeup in various ways for various face types in an effort to create a user-friendly approach to makeup.
