Aneri Vajani (born 26 March 1994) is an Indian television actress. She is known for the portrayal of Nisha Gangwal in Nisha Aur Uske Cousins and Saanjh Mathur in Beyhadh. She is playing Malvika Kapadia in Anupamaa since 2021.

Early Life and Family

Aneri Vajani was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra into a middle-class Gujarati family. She did her schooling at Seth Juggilal Poddar Academy, Mumbai.

Aneri completed graduation from Kishinchand Chellaram College, Mumbai.

Her Mother’s name is Urmila Vajani. Aneri’s Father’s name is Devesh Vajani. She has a sister named Priya Vajani and a brother named Rohan Vajani. 

After completing her education she made her television debut in 2012 with Star Plus’s Kaali: Ek Punar Avatar.

Career of Aneri Vajani

Aneri started her acting career in 2012 with Star Plus’s TV series “Kaali: Ek Punar Avtar”. She played the role of Paakhi. 

Next, she appeared in Channel V’s TV show “Crazy Stupid Ishq” as Shanaya. In 2014 She bagged a lead role as ‘Nisha’ in Star Plus’s TV series “Nisha Aur Uske Cousins”.

Aneri Vajani aka Nisha of Nisha Aur Uske Cousins and Harsh Rajput, who is currently seen in Sapne Suhaane Ladakpan Ke, was reportedly in a relationship. The two had met on the set of the show, Crazy Stupid Ishq, and became good friends. According to sources, they dated each other for the last five months now.

In 2016, Vajani appeared in Sony TV’s series “Beyhadh”. She played the role of ‘Saanjh Mathur’ opposite Kushal Tandon. An incident happened on the sets of ‘Beyhadh’. The sets of Kushal Tandon and Jennifer Winget’s Beyhadh caught fire. They were shooting a wedding scene when this happened. Fortunately, Kushal managed to save his co-star Aneri Vajani from getting hurt.

Since 2020, She played the role of Praniti in Colors TV’s series “Pavitra Bhagya” opposite Kunal Jaisingh.

She appeared as Malvika Kapadia in Anupama. Currently, her character is seen on a break as Anupama and Anuj move forward in their lives together.

She said the audience couldn’t warm up to Mukku developing feelings for Vanraj and her character had to move away.

Aneri also works in ads and commercials. She has a charming personality which helped her gain fame very easily.

Aneri and Rupali Ganguly of Anupama are very close. They both have worked for star plus before. Aneri is very friendly and sweet with everyone around her.
