Early life and family of Gautam Vig
Gautam Vig was born on 27 September 1987. His birthplace is Delhi, India. His parents’ names are Vijay Vig and Anju Vig. Also, apart from him, he has a younger sister in the family. He is also a pure Delhite. Moreover, he has spent most of his life in Delhi, India.
Education and early career of Gautam
He has also completed his primary studies at Guru Harikishan Public School, Delhi, India. Afterward, he completed his Master’s degree in Human Resources. Although, while continuing his Masters’s Degree, he felt that this profession didn’t suit him well. Eventually, he found his interest in a career in modeling and acting. He has been a model for various big brands, ultimately directing him to act.
Career
Gautam Vig was very interested in the acting industry from a young age. At first, he entered the glamorous industry through modeling. He also continued modeling for many years. He then began his acting career with the Star Plus shows Namkaran in 2016.
Also, in the show Namakaran, Gautam appeared in the role of Ali, who was the childhood best friend of the female lead character Avni. He also appeared in the television show Tantra as Akshat. This show was also aired on Colors TV.
Afterward, he appeared on the TV show Ishq Subhan Allah as Miraj. In 2020-21, Gautam was also seen in Colors TV’s show Pinjra Khoobsurati Ka. In this show, he also portrayed the character of Piyush Shukla.
Apart from television, he appeared in one Bollywood movie, Flat 211. This movie was also released in 2017.

Gautam got married to his long-time girlfriend and television actor Richa Gera. The couple also got married in 2013. Richa Gera is also the sister of famous television actor Ankit Gera.
