Early life, family and education of Vatsal Sheth

Vatsal Sheth was born on 5 August 1980. His birthplace is Mumbai. He also belongs to the Gujrati family. Vatsal also has two siblings.

He also completed his primary education at Utpal Shanghvi Global School. Then, he did his secondary Junior College at Gokalibai Punamchand Pitambar High School. Afterward, he went to Vile Parle. Moreover, he received his degree in Mathematics from Mithibai College, Ville Parle. He also wrote a few games in GW-BASIC and Pascal. Vatsal also wanted to become a software engineer. However, he later dropped after receiving his first significant role as Jai in Just Mohabbat.

Vatsal Sheth is also a vegetarian. Moreover, he is a fitness enthusiast and follows teetotalism. He is also interested in cricket and is a part of the Celebrity Cricket Team Mumbai Heroes. Vatsal also plays badminton and supports Mumbai Magicians in the Indian Badminton League.

Vatsal Sheth was married to Ishita Dutta. Ishita is also the former co-actor of Vatsal. Also, they got married on 28 November 2017.

Career

Vatsal Sheth began by portraying the role of Jai in Just Mohabbat in his teenage years.

Afterward, in 2003, director duo Abbas-Mastan announced their film Taarzan: the wonder car, with Sheth playing Raj Choudary (the lead character). Then, in 2007, he appeared as Vikram Singh/ Older Jaisalmer in Nanhe Jaisalmer. Also, he starred in Heroes as Ali in 2008. In the same year, he appeared in a cameo for Disney The Cheetah Girls: One World. Vatsal was also a part of the star cast in Paying Guests in 2009. Subhash Ghai also produced this. In 2011, he also played the role of Karan in Hostel. Then, he appeared in a cameo role in Jai Ho. 

Afterward, Vatsal returned to television in a grey part of Shaurya Goenka in Ek Hasina Thi. He was also cast as the lead character named Kabir Raichand in the thriller tv series Haasil in 2017. On 25 January 2018, his performance on Haasil made him win an award at the Lions Gold Awards. Later, in December 2019, Vatsal also appeared as Nishant Maheshwari in the StarPlus daily soap opera Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyar Ke.

Vatsal also appeared in the horror Youtube series named Gehraiyaan as an antagonist character. He was also ranked as the most desirable man listing himself in the top 36 in 2020.
