Richard practiced theatrical arts as a hobby while studying Bachelor of Law at Christ University and afterward moved on to stand-up comedy.  He is the creator, performer, and writer of “Better Life Foundation,” a highly praised mockumentary online series created by Them Boxer Shorts, an accomplished sketch comedy company. Naveen also co-wrote and starred in Star Boyz (2016), an odd sci-fi-themed web sitcom. It got international alongside Kenny Sebastian, a fellow comedian from Kochi.  He also performed a one-hour solo stand-up set called ‘Don’t Make That Face.’

He was one of the judges among the seven of India’s best comedians in the Amazon Prime Video Original’s, ‘Comicstaan’ (2018) and won the best mentor award.
