Nushrat Bharucha was born in a Muslim Family. She belongs to Shia Sect (Dawoodi Bohra Community). Her father name is Tanvir Bharucha whereas her mother’s name is Tasneem Bharucha. Mr Tanvir owns a business of heat-resistant ceramic coating whereas Mrs Bharucha is a homemaker. Nushrat Bharucha is very close to her paternal Grandmother.

Nushrat Bharucha started her career with TV commercials and also with the Bollywood actress asin. In 2016, she made her debut with Bollywood film named ‘Jai Santoshi Maa’. In this movie she played the role of ‘Mahima’.

Then, she got a chance to appear in the movie named ‘Kal Kisne Dekha’. After that, she entered in a movie with Rajkummar Rao and Anshuman Jha with the film name ‘Love Sex Aur Dhokha’.

Not only in Bollywood, but she has also worked in a Telugu as well as in Tamil film. She made her Telugu debut in 2010 in the film ‘Taj Mahal’, where she played the role of ‘Shruthi’. Then in 2016, she made her Tamil debuted with the film ‘Vaaliba Raja’.

In 2011, she got a chance to appear in a Bollywood film named ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’, in which she played the role of ‘Neha’ with Kartik Aaryan. From this film she has earned so much popularity. After that she has also appeared in many films.
