Pearle Maaney was born on 28th May 1989. Her birthplace is Kochi city of Kerala, India. Also, Her father’s name is Dr. Maaney V. Paul, he is a doctor by profession. Her mother’s name is Mrs. Molly Maaney who is a Homemaker. She also has a younger sister named Rachel Maaney, who is a Fashion Designer.
Pearle also completed her primary education at Holy Angle’s Convent School, Trivandrum. Afterward, she went to Rajagiri Public School, Kalamassery for her secondary education. Then, she completed her Bachelor in Mass Media from Christ University, Bangalore.
Career
Pearle Maaney first started her career as a television presenter. Later, she made her debut appearance on channel Yes Indiavision’s music show Yes Jukebox in 2008 as an anchor. Moreover, she anchored almost 250+ episodes of the show. From 2010 to 2012, Pearle anchored Taste of Kerala on Amrita TV. Although, she came into the spotlight in 2014 after the dance reality show D 4 Dance as she hosted the show alongside Govind Padmasoorya. Moreover, she hosted more seasons of the show D2- D 4 Dance in 2015, D3- D 4 Dance in 2016, and D 4 Dance Reloaded in 2017.
She also anchored awards shows like 2ndIIFA Utsavam on Surya TV, Mirchi Music Awards South, Asianet Comedy Awards, Asianet Television Awards in 2018, and more. In 2020, she also hosted a show on her name Funny Nights with Pearle Maaney on Zee Keralam.
However, not only in the television industry, but Maaney also has great demand and has a huge fan following in the film industry. Also, Pearle made her film debut with Neelakasham Pachakadal Chuvanna Bhoomi in 2013. In 2014, she appeared in two movies The Last Supper as Pearley and Njaan as Valli. Kappiri Thuruthu in 2016, was one of her best movies in which she played Yami. Some more movies in which she appeared are Pretham (2016), Team 5 (2017), Hand of God (2017), and Who (2018) as Dolores.

In 2015, Pearle Maaney and Govind Padmasoorya were highly criticized for their funny Malayalam music video ‘Thengakola Mangatholi.’ This music video was also sung and uploaded on YouTube by them during the grand finale of the dance reality show ‘D2 – D4 Dance.’ More than 24,000 users disliked the video within a day. Later, Govind Padmasoorya stated, “The reason behind making a music video like this was just to create a platform for actor Sreejith — who used to anchor the first D4 Dance — to host the finale episode of the reality show.”
