For the 1st time, she worked as a lead actress in 2010 in the movie “Gangor”, and from there, people started recognising her face. In this movie, she played the role of Tribal Woman, and her performance won many hearts. She also got awarded the “Best Actress” Award for this movie at the “New Jersy Independent South Asian film festival.
Not only did she win the heart of this movie, but in the movie “Tanishq”, a short youtube video, she made many new fans also. In 2013 she acted the role of Nirbhaya in a play that play was based on actual events, i.e. 2012 Delhi Gang Rape.
