Early life, Family, and education of Rudranil Ghosh

Rudranil Ghosh was born on 6 January 1973. His birthplace is Howrah, Kolkata, India. Rudranil also completed his primary education from Santragachi Kedarnath Institution, Howrah. Afterward, he went to Narasinha Dutta College to complete his graduation. Also, he is an Alumnus of this college.
He now lives in Howrah, West Bengal, India. He also wanted to become an actor since his childhood. However, his family didn’t support him. It is said that Rudranil used to sit next to the station and draw pictures. However, he is established as a successful actor today.

Rudranil has not married yet and is single.

Career

Rudranil Ghosh made his debut on the silver screen with Bonobhumi (2007). Rudranil also acted in these popular films- Our Time (2007), Teen Yaari Katha (2008), Bedroom (2012), Proloy (2013), Katmundu (2015), Love Express (2016) and K: Secret Eye (2017). Secrect Eye movie was also directed by the famous Abhirup Ghosh.

Ghosh’s 2018 works also include Honeymoon, Uma, Classroom, Tobuo Basanta, Ek Je Chhilo Raja, and Naqaab. Then, in 2019, Rudranil’s 2019 worked in Shah Jahan Regency, Satyanwenshi Byomkesh, Bibaho Obhijaan and Zombiesthaan.

Political Career

Rudranil Ghosh joined All India Trinamool Congress in 2011. During that time, Trinamool Congress was establishing enormously. Rudranil was also associated with the All India Trinamool Congress for a long 10 years. Rudranil’s controversy started when he suddenly joined BJP before the 2021 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election. Moreover, Ghosh got the ticket from Bharatiya Janata Party to contest for Member of the Legislative Assembly (India) at Bhabanipur (Vidhan Sabha constituency).
