Career

Before entering the dance industry, he was working in a company that used to organize shows around the world. Tushar started his dancing career under the guidance of Shri Santosh Nair. He is the creative director of ‘Sadhya Unit of Performing Arts’.

Tushar came to limelight after he was featured as a choreographer on Season 6 of Jhalak Dikhla Ja show. He came in the show with the actress Ekta Kaul. But unfortunately, he got eliminated in the first few weeks of the show. He later returned as a wildcard entry with actress Sana Saeed in the same season. Then, after that, he appeared on the show “Jhalak Dikhla Ja 7” with dancer Shakti Mohan.

After that, there was no looking back for him. He started getting many offers. He got his first break in Bollywood in the year 2016. Kalia worked for Karan Johar as a choreographer for the song “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil”. After that, he choreographed many films such as Half Girlfriend, Qareeb Qareeb Single, Ok Jaanu, Hate Story IV and Dhadak (2018).

In 2019, he appeared as guest in Kitchen Champion 5. After that he also was on the judge panel of Dance Deewane 3 (2021). Currently, in 2022, he has appears as a contestant in th famous reality show Khatron ke Khiladi 12.
