Gia Manek was born on 18 February 1986. Her birthplace is Ahmedabad, Gujrat. Moreover, her parents’ names are Harshad Manek and Reena Manek. She belongs to a Gujrati Hindu Rajput family. She also completed her schooling in her hometown. Afterward, she did her graduation in Advertising and Marketing. She currently lives in Mumbai.

Gia Manek began her career as a model. She also started her career with the Bollywood film Na Ghar Ke Na Ghaat Ke. In this movie, she played the daughter’s role of Sankata Prasad Tripathi, which Om Puri played. Afterward, she came into the spotlight and became a household name through Star plus’s popular serial Saath Nibhana Saathiya. She appeared as a female actress opposite Mohammed Nizam. However, she left the show after working for two years. Later, Devoleena Bhattacharjee continued her role.

Moreover, in 2012, she participated in season 5 of the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Ja.

Then, in 2015, she appeared in Sab TV’s serial Jeannie Aur Juju as Jeannie. Also, for this role, she won Kalakar Awards for Best Actress.
