Neha Kakkar was born in Khatri family. Her father used to sell Samosa in schools and colleges. Her Sister is a Singer whereas, her Brother is a Music Director.

If we talk about her relationship status, then she is married to Rohanpreet Singh. But, before marriage, she dated Himansh Kohli, an actor. But, in 2018 the couple broke up. Due to the breakup, she has gone into depression. About her depression, she revealed through Instagram stories.

Then, in 2020 she started dating an Indian Punjabi Singer name Rohanpreet Singh. They both tell their fans about their relationship officially on Social Media in October 2020.
