He began his career as a model. He walked the runway for many famous designers. Later, he started getting offers from the commercial ad. He was featured in television ads for brands such as Nestle and Coca-Cola.

Chhabra made his acting debut in 2019 with a Hindi-language online web series ‘Kota Factory.’ The show was about Vaibhav (Mayur More), a 16-year-old boy who travels to Kota from Itarsi. It emphasises city student life and Vaibhav’s efforts to get admission to IIT, bypassing the JEE Advanced exam. The actor also appeared in the television series ‘Sector 12 Ka Kitty Club’ in 2020. He played the role of Tinku in it.

Poojan rose to fame after announcing his project with Hotstar Special for their online series ‘Home Shanti.’ Aakanksha Dua directs the series. In this series, there are actors many actors alongside Poojan Chhabra like Chakori Dwivedi and veteran actors Supriya Pathak and Manoj Pahwa. The story of the series revolves around the Joshi family’s long-held dream of becoming first-time homeowners. The Dehradun-based family is confronted with the job of finding a new house after being compelled to leave their comfortable government-allocated accommodations where they had been residing for the previous 20 years.
