When Sonali Sood was studying in Nagpur, she met the famous Bollywood actor, Sonu Sood. Sonu Sood was also studying engineering in Nagpur’s Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering (YCCE). Eventually, they became friends and started dating each other. On 25 September 1996, the couple got married. Sonu and Sonali are also blessed with two sons named Eshaan Sood and Ayaan Sood. Eshaan is the elder of the two.

Career

Sonali Sood was a housewife after her marriage. However, that didn’t stop her from pursuing her interest. Then, they moved to Moga, Punjab, after their marriage. Initially, she didn’t want Sonu to pursue a career in acting, but after a time, she supported him. Now, she is happy with her husband’s dream. She also decided to try her luck in the acting industry. In 2016, she also produced a Bollywood movie named Tutak Tutak Tutiya. Though the film was not a big success, it motivated her to make more.

Initially, she was not happy when I wanted to be an actor, but today she’s proud of me.”
